What the press is
Quote Poster is a local typesetting desk. You start with a line of text. The sheet finds its measure. It is not a photo grid and it is not a collage wall.
Type first
Paste or write a quote. The press locks it to a sheet automatically. There are no photo slots to fill.
Sixteen voices
Sixteen original auto-layouts typeset the line. They are not photo grids. Voices named on the desk include Centered Serif, Flush Left, Night Banner, Pull Quote, Story Column, Attribution Stack, and Wide Letter. You may pin a voice from its preview.
Face, paper, and a sign
Eight original faces ship on the device. There is no typeface store and no unlock. Paper stock includes Linen cream, Ink wash, Magenta grain, Night stock, plus grain, vellum, and rule paper. A locked attribution line signs the sheet.
An optional system Photo Picker may add paper texture only — never a slot fill. If the picker cannot open, built-in stock still works. The press does not ask for a full gallery.
Press sizes
The line reflows to the sheet. Pick one size to edit; export can still write several. Type size and leading change per sheet so the sign never clips. Measure covers leading, tracking, and margins, with auto-fit available.
- Square 1:1 — 1080
- Portrait 4:5 — 1080×1350
- Story 9:16 — 1080×1920
- Landscape 16:9 — 1920×1080
- Custom width × height in pixels
Export, share, and backup
PNG export is sRGB. You choose the folder. Nothing is uploaded for typesetting. The system share sheet sends only the files you pick. A backup writes a JSON of slips, voices, and settings. Photos you picked are not embedded — only their local flags. If the folder picker is cancelled, the poster on the platen is unchanged.
Press log
Finished posters stay in a local press log on this phone. You may rename a slip, duplicate a local copy (exports are not copied), or delete a slip. Exported PNGs in the folder you chose stay there. Clearing the press removes the log, pins, and look. Built-in voices and paper stay. Exported PNGs are not deleted.

You must have the right to use the words and names you put on a sheet. Sample lines in the app are for layout preview only.
Privacy and terms
Quote text, attribution, voice, paper, measure, press-size preferences, and the press log stay on the device. The full statement is the Privacy Policy. Use of the press also follows the Terms of Service.
